Health Savings Accounts
Individuals enrolled in a high-deductible group health plan are eligible to create a health savings account (HSA) that allows them to set aside pre-tax dollars to cover the cost of qualified medical expenses. Both the individual and their employer can contribute funds to the account, but there is a limit to how much either of them can contribute each year.
Administrative Services for HSA Plans
If you are an employer offering health savings accounts to your employees, you need an administrator that can manage the enrollment and contribution processes and allow you to focus on the day-to-day responsibilities of running your agency. We’ll make it easy for your employees to access their account and use their funds for a smooth and convenient experience.
Burnham & Flower enhances the effectiveness of our clients’ Human Resource Departments by providing administrative services for HSAs. Our in-house third-party administration (TPA) division handles all aspects of customer and compliance services.
Our in-house services include, but are not limited to, a premier enrollment/administration system, an employee portal and mobile app, streamlined EOB retrieval, and paperless claims submissions. Detailed claims information is also made available to employers and employees.
